When will I get my order?
Please allow up to 24 hours for your order to be shipped. Made to Order items will have the estimated processing time on the product page. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Where are your products made?
Our products are made by designers and artisans from around the world. We ship items directly from the designer to you. We carefully select our partners to ensure our products are responsibly made and of the highest quality. Learn more about each designer by visiting their page.
How are customs and tariffs handled?
Any applicable customs duties, taxes, and tariffs (including those prescribed by current trade policy) are calculated and collected at checkout—so you know exactly what you’re paying upfront. Rest assured, there will be no unexpected fees upon delivery.
What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn’t the case, let us know and we’ll do our best to work with you to make it right.
