Stainless Steel:
Crafted from 304 stainless steel in its purest form, our pieces are corrosion-resistant, hypoallergenic, and free from unnecessary coatings, chemicals, and excessive refining. While designed for durability the stainless steel also includes recycled content and is recyclable.

Leather:
Sourced from small local farms in South Argentina, our leathers are hand-cut and finished in limited runs, honoring heritage craftsmanship while supporting responsible, small-scale production.

When will I get my order?

Please allow up to 24 hours for your order to be shipped. Made to Order items will have the estimated processing time on the product page. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
Where are your products made?

Our products are made by designers and artisans from around the world. We ship items directly from the designer to you. We carefully select our partners to ensure our products are responsibly made and of the highest quality. Learn more about each designer by visiting their page.
How are customs and tariffs handled?

We calculate applicable customs duties, taxes, and tariffs (including those prescribed by current trade policy) at checkout for most international orders, so you know exactly what you’re paying upfront.

UK Orders:

For orders imported to the UK under £135, UK VAT (20%) will be requested by the courier upon delivery, in line with UK import rules. For orders over £135, all customs duties and VAT are included in your checkout total, so there should be no additional charges on delivery. If the order is shipped within the UK (from a UK based designer/brand) then there are no import duties.
What is the return policy?

Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn’t the case, let us know and we’ll do our best to work with you to make it right.

  • You have 14 days after delivery to request a return.
  • Items must be in unused condition, with tags attached, in their original packaging, and include a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Some items are final sale—please always check the product page description before ordering.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
